Did you know that 10.9% of the construction industry is made up of women as of this year? That is a 3.5% increase from the previous year. We want to thank the 15 hard-working women who are part of our EBD team and recognize the role they play in our growing company.

This week, March 5th-11th, we are bringing awareness and celebrating the role of women in this dynamic industry!

Our dedicated EBD owners Mike, Mark and Greg hosted a Project Manager and Foreman breakfast this morning for 30 of our employees. We cooked way too much food, but it was a very successful Breakfast and Training event!

We are also happy to announce that Doug Ackerman, a 16-year EBD veteran got promoted this morning from laborer to Construction Superintendent! Doug has logged more man hours under his direct supervision than anyone in the history of the company, and we are proud to have him on our team.
