OVERVIEW
EBD was contracted to provide selective demo services to a roof-top patio at Templeton Landing Restaurant, right on the water at the Erie Marina Basin. The project consisted of removing the epoxy coating, dairy brick, mud slab, and waterproofing membrane from the existing deck, as well as the perimeter railing and wood-framed half wall.
