OVERVIEW
EBD was contracted to provide selective demo services to a roof top patio at Templeton Landing Restaurant right on the water at the Erie Marina Basin. Project consisted of removing of epoxy coating, dairy brick, mud slab and waterproofing membrane from existing deck, as well as removal of the perimeter railing and wood framed half wall.
