Overview
EBD was contracted to remove the steel structure at 439 Pearl Street, which had a portion of the structure built over a basement that would not support equipment loads.
The structure was cut apart into sections and picked out with a combination of forklifts and crane work to prevent damage the subgrade structure and allow adjacent properties to remain active during the removal process.
