Overview:
In preparation for creation of new apartments, EBD was contracted to perform abatement and selective interior demolition at the former mattress factory on Doat Street.
Select areas that were later additions to the site were demolished and removed to re-establish the original footprint of the facility. This was necessary to allow for the addition of out buildings at the site.
In addition, EBD assisted with the removal of contaminated soil from the site as part of the Brownfield Cleanup Program.
