Overview
EBD was hired to renovate over half of the 16-story structure at 237 Main Steet as well as the lower two levels of 241 Main Street. EBD completed abatement of asbestos flooring, joint compound and pipe wrap throughout the renovation areas to allow our demolition team to remove the original office and bank areas in 237 Main. 237 Main was renovated to create a new banquet hall, offices and apartments.
In the adjoining building at 241 Main, the spaces were abated and demolished to make way for new underground parking with a car elevator and kitchen space for the banquet hall. In addition to the many new doorways and HVAC openings for the new layouts, our concrete cutters cored over 1,600 cores of varying sizes thru the walls and floors of the structures.
